Information on Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
Parliant prides itself on producing quality software that is consistently reliable. Naturally, our users are concerned about whether our products will be compatible with Mac OS X 10.6 "Snow Leopard".
Current versions of all our Mac products are compatible and fully supported on Snow Leopard, including on 64-bit platforms like Xserve. Snow Leopard support was delivered in September 2009 as a free minor update to Parliant software products that were current at that time.
PhoneHerald supports Snow Leopard starting with version 1.1.14, a free upgrade for all owners of PhoneHerald. Earlier versions are not compatible and will not be supported on Snow Leopard.
When you upgrade to Snow Leopard, Apple's installer may remove some important underlying software components. Simply re-run the most recent software installer to restore these files and regain full operation.
